Life Coaching is a dynamic continuing relationship that inspires you to create the necessary action to turn your vision into reality. It empowers you to stay true to who you are while maximizing your life and career.
The Life Coaching process includes weekly or biweekly 1-hour sessions. Depending on your desired outcome, other arrangements can be made such as, to meet more or less often, or to meet in person. During this process, you will work with your coach, taking the necessary steps to create the life and career you deeply desire. Some of the work will be inner directed such as:
Inquiry assignments to help you bring the answers from within, creating clarity and awareness.
Assessment tools to evaluate you progress.
Collages to help lock in values, principles and beliefs that you want to stay true to.
In addition to the inner work, some outer directed work will be involved which will include:
Creating a detailed vision of what you want to accomplish,
Setting goals,
Creating a plan of action to break your goals into small steps,
Creating strategies to help you stay on track with your plan,
Designing a mission statement, etc.
