Aline arrived from Brazil in 1987 with the dream of creating a better life in America. Almost twenty years later, with many blessings received, many successes achieved, she is now helping other women accomplish the same.
In 2002, she founded Authentic Strategies with the aim of providing personal and professional development coaching services to the professional women in America.
Aline is dedicated to empowering her clients to become more rooted in their “true selves,” guiding them to experience the clarity and realization of their authentic life purpose, vision, and passion. Her goal is to inspire these women to successfully contribute to the market place in a fulfilling and meaningful manner.
Aline has an extensive educational background. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Truman State University, in Kirksville, Missouri. Her personal growth journey has been highlighted and strengthened by some of the most powerful courses available in North America, including, Zig Ziglar’s Over The Top, Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and the Dale Carnegie Course. Her desire to continue improving her coaching skills drove her to IPEC—Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching, from which she graduated in 2004 as a Professional Empowerment Coach. IPEC was founded by Dr. Bruce Schneider, the author of the book, Relax, You Are Already Perfect. Aline chose IPEC as the coaching community of her choice for its commitment to developing the client as a perfect being who is ready to step into the next level, the level of excellence.
